Okay, I've updated my novel. In fact, I'll be taking another updating break while my "perfectionist" mind goes back and reviews, critiques, etc. Still, there are about seven chapters (Parts I & II) to enjoy.

I feel a little sheepish that I haven't even said much about my novel. Well then:

The Legend of Ruach, Volume 1: Beyond Our Understanding

It's a fantasy--with a sometimes subtle sometimes not-so-subtle Christian/Hebrew themes. It also has mystery, danger, suspense, romance, action (I need to work on that category some more), etc. Simply put, I like to throw in a little of everything. My faults (that I know of) are: 1. too much dialog, 2. not describing places.

Anyway, it's about a group of young adults who are summoned to save another world from evil forces--a mission which inevitably changes them as well (for better or for worse). This novel (the whole series actually--I'm hoping to end up with five volumes) focuses mostly on the change within these particular young people--even though they each get a guardian from that other world (e.g. a dragon, a trapdoor spider the size of a Volkswagen Bug, a Regesh [think of this being as a "human torch"], etc.) who protects them and helps them with their mission.

A reader of mine remarked that I have very intricate plotlines. I've found that some people do get a little lost--but it is a mystery.

As a final note, this series is geared toward teens/young adults (my next work, The Eden Series, is a little more adult/adult themed).

Well, I'm off to work--I mean write!
